We are working diligently to bring in the components and products needed to fulfill orders in the most efficient and timely manner possible. Yours and our efforts respectively are truly making an impact to help our customers prepare for their families and businesses. At this time, we cannot guarantee any exact shipment times based on the uncertainty of the potential for unforeseen supply chain constraints. We do however have a secure level of confidence that we will be able to continue receiving supply shipments of most of our products in order to keep a substantial volume of kits shipping out. Currently, our ESTIMATED ship times are listed below. We are currently meeting or beating these lead times and will continue to do all possible to keep doing so.

Estimated Lead Times:

• Survival kit orders 5-7 business days
• Larger bulk orders 3-4 weeks
• First Aid Cabinets 4-6 weeks

We have re-enabled the 120 Serving Vegetable Bucket (FSV120) and the 120 Serving Fruit Bucket (FSF120) with an estimated lead time of 2-3 weeks. All other Wise Food products will remain disabled until further notice.

Due to the increased need for N95 masks at hospitals and other institutions, we have donated our remaining inventory to aid those most impacted by the COVID-19 virus.
