1. Our Standard Survival and Emergency Kits with your Branding – Hang Tags & Patches
We offer complimentary customization on all kits through our custom hang tag and patch program. For more information on this program.
- No per-unit fees
- No minimum kit order quantity
- Once your branded materials are received and in inventory, customization can begin immediately.
This is an excellent, low-barrier option for companies getting started with branded kits.
Patches can be provided by you and shipped to our warehouse or can be purchased from WSK®. For WSK® sourced patches, requirements are:
- Artwork must be provided to WSK® in 1:2 ratio as a high resolution .ai, .id, .pdf or .svg file. The patch itself will be 2″x4″.
- The base price is $2.00 per rubberized hook and loop patch with 1 color. Additional colors will be an additional $.25 per patch.
- There is a minimum order quantity of 300 units and a 1 time $50 setup fee.
- Please contact your WSK® Rep for requirements if you wish to provide your own hook and loop patches. We will need to be provided with a minimum of 200 patches and an application and storage fee of $.15 per patch will apply.
Custom hang tags can be purchased from WSK® for $.15 with a minimum order quantity of 200. Please contact your WSK® Rep for requirements if you wish to provide your own Hang tags shipped to our warehouse.
Adding your company’s branding to survival and emergency kits ensures greater brand recognition. Your customers and employees will be reminded of your business every time they see their kit. Custom branding also serves as free advertising, reinforcing your name and message while showing appreciation to clients or employees. Additionally, including reorder information (such as your website or phone number) makes it easier for customers to purchase directly from you when they need refills or additional supplies.
2. Custom Emergency kits built to your specifications
We can create custom kits that contain the components you specify using our in-house inventory and/or specially sourced components. These kits will be subject to an MOQ, before quoting we will need the following information.
- Content list and quantity of each item in kit (be specific) example:
- 12 – water pouches,
- 2 – 2400kcal food bars
- 1 – survival whistle
- Type of case/backpack (e.g. BBP – hikers backpack, BDB – waterproof dry bag, custom packaging [specify], etc.)
- Initial and repeat order quantities
- Expected order frequency
- Anticipated purchase date
- Target price per unit
- Required delivery date
For custom kits containing products not currently carried by WSK
®: In addition to the information above, please give a detailed description of the items needed, images or
links to similar items if available, and the total quantity.
3. Advanced Product Branding – Custom Logos on Products
We can customize many individual WSK® products with your company’s or client’s logo.
- We collaborate with our factory to design a product mockup based on your logo or design.
- Minimum order quantities (varies by product) are required.
- Typical Lead Time: 4-12 weeks, depending on the item.
4. Full Product Customization – Logo on Custom Product
If you’re looking to develop a completely custom product that we don’t currently offer, we can help source, design, and manufacture it for you. To begin, we’ll need the following details:
- Product description (features, size, color, etc. Please provide as detailed a description of the items as possible, include images or links to similar items if available)
- Material specifications (e.g., 600D fabric, zippers, plastic case, etc.)
- Initial and repeat order quantities
- Expected order frequency
- Anticipated purchase date
- Target price per unit
- Required delivery date
Once we receive this information, we’ll provide MOQ and production timelines from the factory. Typical Lead time: 8-12 weeks
5. Custom Branded Labels – Buckets & First Aid Kits
We can create a custom label for our plastic/metal case first aid kits as well as our bucket survival kits.

Silkscreen First Aid Cabinet Printing:
- 1-color: Free with 12+ units
- 2-color: Free with 15+ units
- 3-color: Free with 24+ units
Artwork Support & Guidelines
Need help with your label or design? We offer in-house design services at $75/hour. An estimate will be provided before any work begins.
Artwork Requirements for printed items:
- Must be 100% (or greater) of print size
- 300 DPI minimum
- No gradients or screens for silkscreen (solid colors only)
- Minimum font size: 6 pt
- Minimum line/space width: 1 pt
- Specify colors (PMS if available)
- (Silk screening requirements are different, so please contact us for customer screened first aid cabinet art specifications)
File Types Accepted:
- .AI (vector preferred), .ID, .PDF, .PSD, .TIFF, .JPEG (high-resolution)
- All files must be at least 300 DPI
- Convert fonts to vector or include font files
Submitting Files:
- Email artwork as a compressed (.ZIP) file
- Include final text and, if possible, a sketch of design placement
- Mention any layout or color preferences

Once your files are received, a digital proof will be sent for approval within 1-2 business days.
Note that all Custom built and custom branded kits and items will be pre-pay only
and are non-refundable.
